Address Persistent Operational and Business Problems With Our Proven Consulting Change Model

Operational Improvement starts with reflection on the day to day and persistent problems and how your business runs at the core. Our consulting service works by working together to reflect on current state and co-creating a vision for a more productive and leaner future state.

Step 1: Build a Baseline for the Status Quo

The first step is to set up brainstorming sessionsto understand the current state of the business, and the problems that each function is dealing with.

Step 2: Agree on Action Plan With All Stakeholders

To achieve real and meaningful change and impact, the change needs to come from the employees on the ground floor and from the top, all aligned in the process of transformation. For this to happen, we use a change model and the acting stage can have multiple cycles to affect the change agreed.

Step 3: Evaluation of Impact

After management and staff on the ground  bring about the strategic changes needed, data is collected to measure the impact of the change in financial benefits and savings, as well as time and business improvments.

Step 4: Reflection

This is often the most overlooked but important steps in improvement and change initiatives. Reflection on the change is about capturing people’s responses, feelings and perspectives on the changes, from all stakeholder perspectives and this can feedback to further refinements of the new strategies employed.
